MechMar (Pte) Ltd is one of the most experienced Steam Engineering Company in Singapore, incorporated in 1971. We have since then established operation in Malaysia, Hongkong, China, Vietnam, Thailand, Australia, Indonesia and our Boilers is widely used all over the world, especially in the South-East Asia region. Our Malaysia MechMar Corporation, which is a public listed company owns MechMar Boiler Manufacturer Sdn Bhd, BIB Group Plc and Cochran Boiler-UK, which we are today one of the biggest and most advanced Boilers manufacturer in the Far East region to be on the Lloyds Register of Shipping as Class I fabricator with the distinctive of having awarded the use of ASME U and U2 code stamp. The factory was also awarded ISO 9002 certified by Lloyds. We have manufactured some 5000 Boilers, ranging from 1/2 MT to 30 MT of Boilers / Thermal Oil Heaters for different applications.

 As a matter of fact, MechMar is now the maintenance company of the boilers with our subsidiary company, MechMar Engineering Pte Ltd for the existing customers stated in our customer’s list updated in mid-1995 whose boilers manufactured by us, are operating in good order.

 As a manufacturer, we are able to supply maintenance services, repair and take care of every spare parts of the boiler. It is different from other boiler agents where they are only sales agents and still have to get back to oversea Principals for more complicated problems and repairs of the boiler. Our factory is just located in Johor Bahru, Pasir Gudang and we welcome you and the user to visit and inspect anytime you like.

Apart from being a manufacturer, we are also sole agents for many equipments and special hardware relevant to steam and heating engineering works from UK, States, Germany, Japan and Italy.

The burner is Nu-way or Saacke burner make in U.K. / Germany and burning equipment and control is to BS 822 and control panel to AOTC requirements and Nu-way has BS 5750 part 1 and ISO 9001 and EN 29001 certificate. The flame is ignited with high tension electrode and no LPG gas pilot required.
